01 Duly Completed Application Form Fill out the online application form at apply.html — all sections must be fully completed. Required

02 K 300.00 Application Fee Paid Non-refundable application fee of K300.00. Obtain proof of payment to include with your submission. Required

03 Two Passport Size Photos Recent, clear passport-size photographs (2 copies). Plain background preferred. Required

04 Certified Copy of the NRC / Passport Certified, legible copy of your National Registration Card (both sides) or valid passport bio-data page. Required

05 Certified Copy of the Architectural Degree Certificate Certified copy of your architectural degree certificate. For current students, include your most recent official transcripts. Required

06 Current Curriculum Vitae An up-to-date CV detailing your education, work experience and any relevant professional activities. Required

07 Degree Transcripts for Foreign Qualifications Required only if your qualification was obtained outside Zambia. Provide official academic transcripts from your foreign institution. Required

08 Validation and Evaluation of Foreign Qualifications by ZAQA Required for foreign qualifications. Obtain a validation letter from the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) before submission. Required

09 Is Current Employer / Supervisor a Registered Member? Confirm whether your current employer or direct supervisor is a registered ZIA member. Provide their ZIA registration number if applicable. Required
